In Seattle, Babeland, an adult entertainment store founded by women, educates people about how cannabis can improve their sex life. Below are some pointers I received from a cannabis and sex workshop I attended in the business last year on how to incorporate cannabis into your sexual and sensual experiences.
Preparation for consuming cannabis during sex
Before adding cannabis to your sex life, it is a good idea to have some conversation outside of the bedroom. Go on a casual date to chat about sex and cannabis expectations when all parties are sober. Try out all of the cannabis products you plan to use in the bedroom yourself so you can see how you react before enjoying cannabis with a partner.
For most people, very high levels of THC will make them too sleepy to be sexy, while high levels of CBD will not improve their mood. A 50/50 hybrid can be a great combination for getting you into a sexy room without going to sleep.
Also have some flavored lubricant ready. Cotton mouth after consuming cannabis is a real sensation, and dry mouth can interfere with any oral stimulation. A flavored lubricant allows you to add salt and lubricate your mouth well without the bad aftertaste that is sometimes associated with unflavored lubricant.

Increase sexual sensations with cannabis
The body's natural response to sexual arousal consists of a hormone flush, blood rush, ejaculation, and orgasm, while cannabinoids bring blood flow to a specific area. When blood flow is triggered, it increases hormones like serotonin and oxytocin. (Cannabinoids can also help with cramps, low libido, and vaginal dryness.)

After ingesting cannabis, slowly build arousal with a massage candle. When this candle is lit, it creates a warm oil that corresponds to the temperature of the bath water. Giving and receiving a massage with this oil will promote blood flow to the body and increase arousal. Consider adding a blindfold as this will affect your vision and increase other sensations. A stainless steel massage stick can create a fun feeling of warmth and weight, while a feather tickler offers a lighter touch.
Enjoy cannabis edibles, wine, and sex
Try an edible cannabis if you want more of a tall body. Combining an edible cannabis with wine is one way to get an extra boost. Then start foreplay and you'll be ready for game time as soon as the edible kicks in.
With Cannabis Sensual Oil
When a sensual cannabis oil is applied to the mucous membrane, this balm serves as a non-psychoactive agent to bring a lot of blood to the area. After using it, wait about twenty minutes to an hour for the cannabis to set in. Sometimes people report feeling nothing the first time they use sensual cannabis oil. But after using this balm a few times, most people report experiencing sensual sensations.
These balms are also good for solo play if you want to increase your sensations, especially when using a vibrator.

Keep in mind that most sensual cannabis oils are oil based and not compatible with latex condoms. However, one can use sensual oil-based cannabis oils with polyurethane condoms. Since cannabis gets into the mucous membrane, there is a small chance that a drug test will test positive for cannabis.
Babeland offers this disclaimer: “While the mixing of cannabis and sex can lead to an amazing time, we'd all like to remind you that when you drink, smoke, ingest food, or participate in anything else that may affect your thinking processes ensure that consent is explicit and ongoing. Discuss a safe word and make sure you share the needs before, during, and after the game. Remember that someone who is in too altered a state of mind to make a final, will-free, and fully informed decision may not consent. "
